Stars are known to be choosy when it’s about their diet, after all, being in showbiz directly amounts to be in perfect shape.
That should not connote straightaway to zero-size figure, yet being slim is an evergreen fad in tinsel town.
If in the backdrop of this strongly held belief, one was to tell you that she devours on gourmet goodies like anything and loves running and kickboxing, how would you react!
Guys I’m talking about the pretty lady, Dilshad Vadsaria, who portrayed the part of Rebecca Logan in the teen drama, Greek.
I must admit that her character made me retrieve a download of the show, as it was one of the most affable characters of all. Rebecca Logan was not the one, a typical viewer would usually identify with. In Greek, she was everything a spoiled brat could be like.
As a daughter of a senator, she was cockish in her overtures; this resulted in her being pushed towards the extreme limit of facing expulsion from the university.
Soon she mends her ways, thanks to Casey, who revamps Rebecca’s life for a while at least.
While she might be flaunting crass ways on screen, Dilshad Vadsaria seems to be a thoroughly chilled out person in real life.
She recently admitted her craving for Indian delicacies namely the naan, samosas and biryani!
Before you are shocked to the core mulling over the high-calorie goodies, she clarifies that it’s not on a daily basis that she wages an attack on dining table.
In addition to that, she affirms of her perfect fitness regime that comprises of running and kickboxing.
Whoa! Maybe, therein lies nuggets of advice for those aspiring to attain lissome figure.
At least I should better pay attention to it!
